The process starts with outlining the basic idea together then I work on developing the concept before sharing the “mood” with you. After that we work on detailing: colours, scents, tastes, sounds and atmosphere until we have the perfect brief.

I then take care of every detail for the event, supported by trusted business partners to guarantee your expectations are delivered.

We can even offer special consultancy on your poise as you walk down the aisle to the tune of your chosen music.

We will also help you select the musical performancers: from live music, to a DJ set, through to string quartets and even complete orchestras. The artists, supported by experienced audio professionals, will create your soundtrack for the day: from the ceremony to the reception party.

Children and babies can be cared for and entertained by professionally trained child minders so that parents can fully relax, free to enjoy the magic of the party.

I personally organise the whole event, managing light effects, harmonious sounds, culinary experiences, making sure everything goes as planned and solving any possible unexpected problem.

It’s during the planning phase that my experience really counts: working together we’ll define a “mood” that will characterise your wedding — the underlying theme. As part of the process, I will create a mood to capture colours, tastes, scents, sounds and the overall experience.

As needed, we can commission top Italian lighting designers to create magical background scenery, highlighting the best of your chosen location.

Professional flower designers and banqueting services will be a guarantee of an excellent job. Together with them I will take care of every little detail during the setting so that it will all flow harmoniously throughout the day.

Graphic design and printing services are also available. I can supervise the design and print process: from unique invitations to wedding seating chart, menus, placeholder cards even the wedding website if required.
